We understand that plans can change and we’re here to help.

For Live Online Classes:

– Cancel at least 24 hours before the first class? You will get a full refund back to your original payment method.
– Not sure after the first class? Let us know within 48 hours and we’ll give you a 50% refund as Tiger Island wallet credit.
– Missed a few classes or changed your mind later? While we can’t refund, we’re happy to offer class credits for another course (based on the situation).

For Offline / In-Person Classes:

– Cancel 3 days before the class starts? That’s a 100% refund to your original payment method.
– Didn’t enjoy the first session? Reach out within 24 hours and we’ll give you 50% back as wallet credit.
– After that, we can’t offer a refund, but you can still ask for class credit and we’ll do our best!

For Pre-Recorded Classes:

– Bought a course and changed your mind within 24 hours (and watched less than 10%)? You’ll get a full refund to your original payment method.
– Watched more than that? We can’t refund, but we’ll happily share class credit for a future course.
