1. Safe & Secure Learning Environment

a. Child Safety & Online Protection

– We require all educators and service providers on Tiger Island to adhere to child protection best practices.
– Any live classes, recorded sessions, or interactions must follow strict child safety guidelines, ensuring a respectful and secure learning atmosphere.
– No direct, unsupervised communication is allowed between educators and children outside of the platform.

b. Content Moderation & Appropriateness

– All courses, activities, and materials must be age-appropriate, free from harmful content, and align with our educational and ethical standards.
– Our team reviews and moderates content, ensuring it is inclusive, non-discriminatory, and respectful of all cultural backgrounds.

2. Educator & Service Provider Verification

a. Comprehensive Screening Process

Every educator and service provider undergoes a multi-step vetting process before they can teach or offer services on Tiger Island, which includes:
1. Identity Verification – Educators must submit government-issued identification to confirm their identity.
2. Background Checks – Educators undergo criminal background screening to ensure a safe learning environment.
3. Qualification & Experience Review – Educators are assessed based on their expertise, teaching approach, and subject knowledge.
4. Content & Safety Compliance – Educators must adhere to our child safety guidelines, content policies, and ethical teaching standards.
5. Ongoing Monitoring & Community Feedback – We regularly review educator performance, feedback, and reports to maintain quality and safety.

b. Educator Code of Conduct

– Ensure Safe & Respectful Communication – No direct, unsupervised communication with children outside of the platform is allowed.
– Uphold Child Safety & Privacy Standards – Educators cannot request or store personal data of learners outside of Tiger Island.
– Maintain Professional Boundaries – Interactions must be age-appropriate, respectful, and aligned with an educational purpose.
– Adhere to Non-Discrimination & Inclusion Policies – We expect educators to create a welcoming and inclusive learning space for all children.

c. Violation & Removal Policy

Tiger Island maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any violations of safety standards, including inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or failure to adhere to our policies. Any educator or service provider found violating these guidelines will face immediate investigation and potential removal from the platform.

3. Parental Supervision & Community Responsibility

a. Involvement in Learning

– Parents are encouraged to supervise their children’s online activities and engage in their learning journey.
– For offline experiences, parental consent is mandatory, and guardians must ensure children follow safety guidelines.

b. Reporting & Support System

– We offer a confidential reporting system where parents, learners, or educators can report any inappropriate behavior, bullying, or safety concerns.
– Reports are reviewed promptly, and necessary action is taken to maintain a safe environment.
